Stay where you work
Stay where you work, means not in the office. Somewhere near to the office. In my case, I had stayed very far from the office. I had no plan to move.
I stayed nearly 40 km far from my office. It is really heavy traffic city. I was killed nearly three to four hours Every day for travelling to the office. For five working days 20 hours. This is one full day of my week. I would have studied, or spending time with family or sleeping. I trust sleeping will increase my productivity by refreshing my mind and body.
It not only spending time, a considerable percentage of my monthly earning spend only on travelling to the office.
After had considered the above point. I moved near to my office. After moving to near to office I found a good amount of time to spend with my family. Less time in travelling even zero spending. It is an expensive house. But still, I spend lesser than the travelling money. Not only the money also saves my energy.

Lenovo is a prosperous company, but they are not exhausting quality products. If the follow to produce same worst quality products then they will lose what they deserved. Now the deserved "Worst Lenovo Phone and Service" word from most of their customers end.
What are the hardware problems in Lenovo phone?
I was missed to find some valid review for Lenovo mobile, There are lots of Scrabble reviews I road. After I bought Lenovo k5 note. Now I can hear more complaints from who are all bought Lenovo mobiles.
Problems
1. More frequent Microphone issue. I also got this issue. The mic is working when I turned on loudspeaker not working in normal mode. I took my mobile to service center, they said need to replace hardware. Graciously I got back my mobile after 10 days with free of cost due to warranty period.
2. Audio, Speaker not working properly. Also very low volume. For me, it happened twice, the First time the mic and speaker both went out. after speaker alone went wad. A Very low voice from the caller and also other applications (Skype, Whatsapp and IMO). But this time they charged me 15 hundred. The reason they said it "Water went inside changing port", I replied to the service center person "I never spilled a water drop in my phone as of I know." They said it may get wet from your sweating.
3. Display: Sometimes Getting dark blue screen. I do restart usually because there are no other options. This issue mostly happening when the phone went hung.
4. The fingerprint sensor is too bad compared to other devices. My friend bought Redmi 3S the sensor was awesome. Some time this Lenovo phone unauthorized finger, sometimes it is open with not
What are the Software problems in Lenovo phone?
1. The Default launcher is not working it always says "Unfortunately, Setting has stopped". So, I installed Google Now Launcher (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.launcher). This is working fine. But still, i can not change the Lock screen image.
2. Performance Issue. Even 2 GB ram affluent mobiles work well without any hung. They can load good quality games and application. I have Lenovo K5 note which is affluent 3 GB ram, but this is getting hung is most of the time.
3. Lenovo compass, There is an application called Lenovo compass, Whenever I open this application the entire mobile is getting abundance heat. Also, the system getting hanged I have to restart it.
What needs to be improved for a stable product?
1.Event the end users can find out this many numbers of issues in a single product, then why not the production team can. I think they need good Quality Analysis team for this testing.
2.Are they testing only one product and release other without testing. They should test all the products QA passed.
3. If they receive any feedback from customer end that should be taken as a high priority, should be solved as soon as possible.
Is Lenovo phone good or bad?
I don't say this is a bad idea to buy Lenovo mobile phone, But you have another good phone they why do you need to buy something which is not good.
When I was going to Lenovo service center I am in the 150th token at 10:00 am when shop opening time. This much rush shows us the product has more number of problem.
Previously I have Microsoft Lumia 535, That was my one of the best phone I had. This mean I am not telling it is a good in all But it is good in customer support.
When I say Advertisements in It is Cheap Price and Best Phone.
Yes, It is Cheap. Cheap in Customer Support, Hardware.

Elephants
As of now Elephant is the biggest living creatures I saw, I don't see anything bigger than the Elephant. From the WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other media videos the adepts of Elephant is very interesting.
They are drawing like us.They are more helping into then.

Every temple in Kerala having at least one elephant own. Also, lots of the people are adopting elephant as their pet in Kerala. In some of the Tamil Nadu temples also having an elephant in own but not like Kerala.Their Feet are suitably adapted to such a lifestyle.Their brains weigh 5kg.And their eye site is clear up to 30 feats.

Why we are not using public transport
Our Metropolitan Transport corporation having a good number of buses it is nearly 4000 with all the basic facilities.
Lots of people having their personal vehicles, that is good to having. But we can avoid using it more often, use only if it is really required.
We can travel without worrying about pay to tollgate , and rush driving, and micro notice in traffics. You can get a travel pass for routine traveling to work, business, school, college, etc.., That is also in concessions rate. You can get 50 Rupees page if you are not going to travel all the day. From this 50 Rupees pass you can go anywhere in Chennai, you can get all the buses except A/C. This is valid up to End of the day that means midnight 12AM. Same passes available for different period Weekly, monthly and different rates.
More often I will get stuck in traffic that is also very near to my office, I won't worry about that, simply get down and walk to the office. What if we are in our personal car. Nothing, have to wait up to the traffic get cleared. We know how we will drive but we don't know about other how they will drive. Learning and Drunken people make damage in out car so we have to pay for that if we are not fully insured.
You stayed 20 Kilometers from your office when you have your own vehicle you can reach in 30 Minutes. In the bus it will take more that 40 minutes may be will it take an hour. You want to study something you can use that time you want to hear some audio book or any article you can use that time while you use the bus. In car also you can hear what you want but it may distract you from driving.
When you are going with you family so, the car can not afford more than 6 people you have to take another one vehicle. Better you can go by bus, this will help you to reduce expense.
Here some of my improvement points will bring us to use public transport.
Making more frequent bus in rush hours, Office time, College time, Scholl time. The number of buses will solve traveling in standing, No tension to drive, even it is one hour you can use it or take rest sleep.
E-ticketing, getting a ticket in the bus also irritating you need to keep the exact change. If we have kind of mobile app or some card swiping technology in bus it makes enjoyable journey.
Reasonable condition buses, Here we have a lot of buses in very danger to travel. More often breakdown, punchers, engine failure, etc, The Rainy day most of the public buses will also rain inside.
Custom bus stops. If more that 5 people want to get down on some random place on the way there should be a facility to stop the bus there. Reduce ticket charge. A/C buses charges are nearly taking a taxi. Reducing the price and increase bus frequency for peak hours will encourage people to take public transport.

A bug killed 189 people?
In February six 1996, The Birgenair flight 301 wth 189 people crashed because of a Mud dauber. A Mud dauber build a nest in Birgenair Pitot tube because the flight was sitting ideally almost three weeks. basically, Pitot tubes are used to measure the speed of the flight by pressure measurement. The flight was from Puerto Plata to Germany. Puerto Plata is famous for resorts, the Caribbean is located in Puerto Plata.
After Eleventhirty Birgenair flight ready to leave the gate, There were three pilots 64 years old senior pilot with 34 years old young man and relief pilot. Most of the passengers are mainly germans. The Senior pilot found his speed indicator is not working properly, But he doesn't considered, that he took the plane to air at 11:42 with the speed of 160 knots.
After one minute 30 seconds, the autopilot takes over the plane. right after pilots got alert The plane is traveling faster.The first pilots speed indicator shows the plane is flying slowly but the captains speed indicator shows the plane is flying much faster. So they decided both of them are wrong.
they eliminated that warning. after that they got over speed error the maximum speed that flight can fly. So the captain decides to slow down.

What I know education system in India?
There are two kinds of education system running in India. The public sector, private sector.
Let's go with private sectors.lots of the private sectors aim to earn money from education system but not provides the good education. Some other private sector's are giving good education and also fee is not reachable for the common man.
I don't know any available private sector school to teach good education and low fees structure.
Public sector teaching style of the children is not like an education. Children's are not getting a proper education. Teachers making them as stuffed bun. They're just look like educated but really they don't have any idea about the real world problem solving.
Public sector's are totally free of cost. Anyway, the parents are not ready to admit their children in a government school.

There are some habits I need to improve myself.
These are all found by myself about me.
Confident level, maybe in future will get more. now I have one to write.
Point One, I feel my confident level is in medium because I'm not good in English, I should improve that some way. I am trying to improve my communication by reading grammar, news, books and videos.Now it's better than a year back. Still I need hard work.
Point two, Time management would be the biggest mistake. I should schedule to manage my time. Because I am wasting lots of time in a day without doing anything, watching social media. Definitely I need to follow my time schedule, only preparing time schedule will not going to improve my productivity.
Will add more points, when I got in my mind. Don't forget to add comments, what you have im your mind.

Trip to Mahabalipuram
We were four people planned to go Mahabalipuram. This is my first ride of 100 kilometers. One of my colleagues don't have a bike, but I had two. So I lend one of my bike to him. I thought my another bike will be fine for this ride. The dreadful thing is my another bike had cut off the chain. Time was 10.00 o'clock. I took it to the nearby workshop. But the shop was closed. After I rolled it to 2 Kilometer far workshop and made it at 11.30 pm.
Morning awake at 3.30 am and took a bath. Started from my room at 3.45 am. The roads are bit wet because of previous day rain. Everyone assembled at the junction at 4.45 am. It is fifteen kilometers far for me.
From there to Mahabalipuram thirteen Kilometers. One person joined in our trip. We splitted two teams. One team with geared bikes another one ungeared bikes. I was in the ungeared bikes team. Geared team rode very fast. We don't ride that much level.
They reached Mahabalipuram nearly forty minutes before us. In the meanwhile, we took some rest three times. They started their return before we reach Mahabalipuram. We reached only 8.30am. Simple departured at 9.30am after take some explore on the beach.
When the return trip every 7 Kilometers we took some break. But another team reached starting point before 11.00am. Terribly again my bike chain lock was missed in the middle of the ride. It ate over extra one hour. Finally, we reached started junction at 2.00pm. For me, it took extra an hour to reach home.

Plan to Write Blog post
I plan to write blog posts. No matter what is the content. There is one good proverb I found today. From my colleague, "Until you spread your wings, you'll have no idea how far you can fly". That was awesome lines. So I decided to spread my wings.
Here I got some topic to write posts regularly
1. Cycling. Unevenly my cycling trip happening. Even without my plan. So that was my one of the source to write posts.
2. Thirukural. The Great poet 'Thiruvalluvar' wrote 1330 Thirukkural in Tamil. I'm going take every day one Thirukkural. It's very easy to write and very short line only.
3. Movies. This one is a bit complex. Anyway, it good to know real world slang and words.
Grammarly is a good rescuer from my spelling mistakes.

Jurasic world
This is a nice movie I watched in AGS Navalur theater, chennai.
My colleague booked three tickets for Jurassic world movie at 10.25 Pm AGS Navalur theater. I won't be there before this is the first time. I left my office at 8.30 pm. I usually go to resident using cycle. So I took cycle and reached the room at 9.00. Normally it takes only 15 minutes, but that time it took 30 minutes because of heavy traffic. took very quick bath 2 - 3 minutes only, my roomates prepared some dinner and i had dinner.went for bus stop waited for bus in the meanwhile my friends called me twice but i tried to attend call but i can not. againg I tried to call them the number is still busy. There after I inform him. Velachery to navalur it takes 1 hour by bus. Time is 9.30 every 5 minutes there is a bus in that bus stop, but you can not get any bus if you sheduled to go any where that is fact. for me also i got a bus after 15 minute only. need to go by two buses to reache AGS theater.
After get down in the first bus I missed the second bus. and I waited for another bus arrive to stop. Funny think happend. actually I got the correct bus but I don't know that the bus will go Navalur. Eventualy I took it. I get a ticket for Sholinganallur. after that I asked a conductor what is a bus for Sholinganallur to AGS Navalur. He told that bus also go to AGS Navalur. Finally, I reached AGS theater at 10.23.
Still I need to go inside the theater. Theater is in Fourth floor top of the building. my friends went there already. In theater, they provided some 3d glasses for all.
The theater is bigger than I expect. before starting the movie, we saw some of the trailers. we planned for next movie from there. The movie started, but still peoples are not settled. 3D glasses are very worst lot of scratches in that glasses. we saw the movie with least blurred. I expected This movie is same as previous Jurassic park movie. I heard lots of good reviews only even in IMDB it's holding 7.5 rating.
Nick Robinson and Tv Simpkins these two kids played their roles very well. And there is lots of claps sound for Irrfan Khan introduction scene because of Indian actor. Chris Prat is controlling T-Rex like a pet, I felt the only difference from previous Jurassic park movie.
Anyway me too Thumbs Up for Jurassic World.

New Cycle
I bought new cycle Atlas Ultimate, got a first ride from Velachery to Kovalam beach Chennai 27 kilometers with my friend.
My cycle 26ERS, first long ride with ultimate atlas.
Plan to Muttukadu
Friday night i planed to go Muttukkatu 3 kilometers before kovalam, nice place with boat house, and set alarm to wake-up 5.00am. I am very tired in the morning didn't allowed me to wake-up. So again 30 minutes sleep.
after that i started ride at 5.45am. I know ECR (East Coast Road) road is easy way to go Muttukkadu.
But i decided to go by Pallikaranai Marsh. I don't know the exact way, so used my mobile phone to navigate.
Unfortunately there is no peoples around there only me and my friend standing alone, Because it's end of summers, and all the schools are reopened so no more vacation.
Suddenly changed the plan to go Kovalam Beach, and extended 3 kilometers. Oh finally reached Kovalam beach. The map telling its 53 min for car, but for me it took 1 hour and 40 minutes in cycle.
Here i'm not telling my story how do i reached Kovalam, I'm just trying to write my Blog post.
